In this picture i was hoping to capture the lighting and the sun without using captions and being able to capture the texture of the trees and the sky. Being able to capture the lighting was successful to me. the lighting does in someways affect the trees it makes them look a lot darker but i like how you can still see the shape and detail in it.

In this picture i was hoping to capture the landscape and detail of the branch on the first tree. I like the lighting because you can see all of the shadows and i thought it made the picture look interesting so the lighting was a success. i also really like the caption.

 In this picture i really wanted to capture the color of the rocks and with the lighting of this picture it gave the rocks two colors one with the shadow and with the color of the sun. even though with the empty space to the left i thought it was cool how the shadows and the lines filled it.

 In this picture i was hoping to capture the color of these roses and the lighting from the sun really helped  show the color beautifully.

 In this image tried to capture the intensity of the stairs and the bridge i thought it was really interesting. i also liked the lighting and the shadows it made.

   What is success? To me i believe that success is the  ability to make a difference in this world. Success is defined by who you are and what you stand for. For me being successful is to be able to help others and not ask for anything in return. When i was in high school and was told to start thinking about what i wanted to be in life. i thought hard about it, i knew that i wanted to help people i just didn't know how. I thought about being a doctor but as i continued to think about it i don't think i would be able to handle all the responsibilities that come with being a doctor. then i came across psychology, i started to think that was a good place to start . Psychology is a way to hear what people have to say and is a way to gain trust and to help people who want to be helped. Success is becoming someone who can change things for the greater good and not get anything in return but happiness. happiness for me is good enough.

I took this picture one day after it had just finished raining. this rose caught my eye for various reasons, one being the color because pink happens to be my favorite color, second i found the way the this rose beautifully blossomed, and third  the way the detail of the rain of this flower was just so pretty. i found this rose sort of breath taking. This rose just had such beautiful detail to it and I'm glad i got to get such a good picture of it.p.auch@nnmc.edu
